From the service staff to the executives, everyone's on the same team at SHG. How do all the parts work together effectively?
You see many employees at the Lenox as an example, having worked for the company 30, 40 + years. It says a lot about the company when people feel respected enough to commit the majority of their entire life to the Saunders Family. I believe all the parts work together because people genuinely like each other and enjoy what they do. Our former General Manager, Leslie Purstell always use to say “the employees check-in but they never checkout”!
If SHG were an ice cream flavor what would it be, and why?
SHG could never be just one favor but 31 like Baskin Robbins
