Colin O'Donnell

Area Director of Revenue Management

Colin joined The Lenox as Director of Revenue Management and was soon promoted to his revenue management leadership role for the Comfort Inn and Suites, Logan Airport and The Hampton Inn, Norwood, in addition to The Lenox. A graduate of Wheaton College with a degree in History and Political Science, Colin started his hospitality career at The Green Mountain Inn, Stowe Vermont and most recently worked as Revenue Manager and member of the opening team at Jurys Boston Hotel from June, 2004 through January 2007. He has been a member of HSMAI since 2005.
 
Which three words would you use to characterize the Saunders Hotel Group brand?      
Genuine, Progressive, and Loyal.  The Saunders Hotel Group has an incredible collection of genuine individuals that show up in every aspect of the business.  From the staff at each property to the highest levels of leadership, the people I work with each day are truly genuine.  I also firmly believe that SHG has been, and continues to be, a forward thinking and progressive business that is ready for whatever happens in the lodging industry.  Finally, I think SHG has created incredible loyalty.  Not only do we have a strong following of guests in our hotels, but a loyal and committed workforce, many of which have never, and would never, work for anybody else.

What's the future for SHG?  
While I can't be sure exactly what the future will bring, I do know that SHG will always produce high quality hotel experiences for guests and employee alike.  The same distinct qualities that have ensured success throughout the decades are sure to carry SHG into the future.
